About Flying Pigs Sanctuary
Flying Pigs Sanctuary, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal micro sanctuary located on Lemon Lane Farm in East Tennessee.
Our mission is to offer the best possible healthcare, nutrition, and housing to our animal residents. We welcome and love all species when we have the appropriate resources but we specialize in supporting and rehabilitating pigs who fall out of moving trucks and still have a chance at living a full life after treatment and recovery.
What we do…
Flying Pigs Sanctuary relies on donations in order to:
Welcome animals in need of a forever home.
Rehabilitate our pig friends who have been injured by falling out of trucks on the highway.
Assist in the placement of animals to a place of safety when we are at capacity.
Provide the best possible nutrition, housing, and healthcare for all our residents.
Spay/Neuter any stray/feral animals that cross our path.
Protect wildlife that calls Lemon Lane Farm and the surrounding area home.
Who we are…
Flying Pigs Sanctuary is currently a very small team of three who tirelessly work to provide every single animal that is part of the sanctuary the best possible nutrition, medical care, housing and, of course, love.
We are committed to providing the very best when it comes to supporting our residents:
Excellent quality feed and weight management.
Comfortable, warm in winter, cool in summer housing.
Professional veterinary care with consistent health monitoring.
Annual vaccines and parasite management.
Spaying and neutering all animal residents.
Ample space to roam and be the animals that they are, regardless of species.
